TotemPole Managed IT Solutions is a managed service provider to consumers. We will provide IT Solutions for profit and non-profits, from helpdesk, desktop, server, and network support. Also, backup and recovery, security solutions, and consulting services for businesses.
TotemPole Managed IT Solutions will provide value to consumers with respect, expert IT knowledge to solve IT related issues for the consumers. Consumers will look at TotemPole Managed IT Solutions because some companies don’t have IT departments. The need for TotemPole Managed IT Solutions is that consumers will be clients, so that they can focus on their business. Consumers will have the opportunity to get support on IT emergency support.
Roy is the Chief Executive Officer/Owner, he is from the treaty 6 territory in Saskatchewan and is from the Lac La Ronge Indian Band. TotemPole Managed IT Solutions is operated by Roy McKenzie, he holds an Master of Business Administration degree from Cape Breton University located in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. He will be a Doctorate of Business Administration Terminal degree candidate in 2025. He is currently studying and writing his Cisco Certified Network Associate Exam
Also, he has a Bachelor of Applied Information System Technology degree (Network Management Major) from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He also has a Information Technology diploma from the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology. He also holds Microsoft Certified Professional certification in the Microsoft Server environment.
He has professional experience that includes roles in General Senior Management, IT Manager, Senior Network Administrator, System Administrator, and desktop support.
